For investors
Investment begins with a question
For local and foreign investors. We read the market in numbers and walk you through the legal process to ownership.
An opportunity begins when it is defined
Before we put an investment property in front of you we answer four questions in numbers, not impressions: where it sits, what its future is, what it is worth, and who needs it.
What we cannot answer we say plainly — an opportunity presented with no open question is not a studied opportunity, it is one that was never studied.
What we study
Four questions before any listing
We bring the opportunity closer
We show what matches your brief and name its flaw before its merit — the decision stays yours.
Pricing from the market, not from hope
We build the price on the district's recent deals, so a property doesn't sit on the market for months.
For local and foreign investors
Guidance through the legal process to ownership, in three languages.
Complete paperwork
Title deed, plan and contract are reviewed before listing, not after the handshake.
FAQ
What investors ask
Do you take commission from both sides?
No. We represent one side in each deal and disclose which from the first meeting.
How long does a deal usually take?
Two to six weeks depending on how ready the paperwork is and the type of financing. We tell you the expected range before we start, not after we're late.
I'm a non-Saudi investor — can I own property?
Yes, in cases the regulations define — which vary by property type, location and the investor's status. We review your case and tell you what is and isn't possible before you pay anything.
Do you manage the property after purchase?
Leasing and follow-up, yes. Operational maintenance we refer to a specialist operator and stay involved in the oversight.
